Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Gridiron Edge at gridironedge.bet (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is (and isn't)

Gridiron Edge is an informational tool. It gathers publicly available sports data and prices published by third-party venues (such as Kalshi, Polymarket, and Underdog) and presents matchup information: statistics, trends, injury reports, projections, and comparisons between those prices and our own estimates.

• We are not a sportsbook, exchange, or gambling operator. You cannot place, fund, or settle a wager through the Service. We never hold your money.
• We do not give bet suggestions or advice. Labels such as “plays”, “edge”, “fair”, or “confidence” describe the output of statistical models and price comparisons. They are not recommendations to bet, and they are not tailored to you.
• We are not financial advisers, investment advisers, or broker-dealers, and nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any contract, security, or financial instrument.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any venue, league, or team whose data appears on the Service. Names and marks belong to their owners.

2. No guarantee of accuracy or results

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Prices change constantly and may differ from what a venue shows you. Projections and probabilities are estimates from simple models that are often wrong. Past results, including any record or track record shown on the Service, do not predict future results. Always confirm prices and rules on the venue itself before acting.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service.
• You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live, including whether any form of sports wagering or event contracts is legal for you, and for following each venue's own terms.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and any money you win or lose. Only risk what you can afford to lose.

4. Responsible gambling

If gambling stops being fun, stop. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), or visit ncpgambling.org. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

5. Accounts and invitations

• The Service is invite-only. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You may share your personal invite link. Don't create fake accounts, use automated sign-ups, or otherwise game the referral program. We may revoke codes, rewards, or accounts that abuse it.
• Referral rewards (such as free months) are promotional credits with no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, apply only if and when paid features exist, and may be changed or ended at any time.
• We may suspend or end access to the Service, or any account, at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data; don't attempt to access other members' data or bypass security; don't interfere with the Service; and don't use it for anything unlawful.

7. Bet tracking

The bet tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. Results are settled automatically from published box scores where possible and may be wrong or delayed; venues' own rules and settlements always control.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIDIRON EDGE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY WAGERING OR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gridiron Edge and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Service, your wagers, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
